Duties
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Floral Clerk & Processor to join our team. You will handle daily flower care, assist customers with purchases, and ensure our shop stays beautiful and organized.
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and proper product labeling
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains organized, clean, and inviting for shoppers
- Clean workstations, sweep floors, and keep display coolers fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or floral merchandising is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for gardening and plants is essential
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain attractive displays
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
