Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items on a grill and in fryers
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Serve meals efficiently and courteously to guests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure all food is stored appropriately and adhere to health regulations
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
Skills
- Proven experience in QSR food preparation, cooking, or food service roles,
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy weekend evenings
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Familiarity with gas grill and fryer kitchen equipment operation
- Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the kitchen environment
