Overview

The resource(s) must possess:

 A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a project manager in a complex

environment;

 Must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated Customer Relationship Management

CRM) Commercial of the Shelf (CoTs) product experience;

 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and

managing projects;

 Experience working with Agile (Agile-Iterative is preferred);

 A strong customer service orientation;

 Ability to create a project plan (MS Project Online) and manage delivery to the plan or equivalent

software;

 Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact

professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts;

 Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight

deadlines; and

 Experience working in a multifaceted mostly remote team environment;

Experience in the following will be considered an asset:

 Experience as a Project Manager– Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM;

 Certification in Project Management;

 Experience in Change Management;

 Experience working with the Province;

 Experience working with government organizations; and

 Experience with MS Azure DevOps is an asset.
