```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood classroom
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise

- Organizational skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage daily activities in the classroom
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead a classroom of young children and provide guidance and support
- Educational background: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Childcare experience: Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Classroom management skills: Ability to create a positive and structured learning environment
- Computer skills: Proficiency in using computer software programs for administrative tasks
