We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in landscape construction, maintenance, and team leadership.
Duties:
- Oversee and lead a crew in various landscaping projects (Instillation of paver stones/interlock, retaining walls, sod preparation and instillation and many more landscaping duties)
- Build and maintain landscapes according to design plans
- Train and mentor team members on landscaping techniques
- Implement safety protocols on job sites
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
Scherer Gardening and Landscaping is a small Landscaping business in Dalkeith, ON. Our company is known for its Natural Stone Landscaping and Water Features.
We design and install Patios, Walkways, Flower beds, Riverwalls, and much more. Creating modern designs by incorporating newer ideas and materials into our natural stone projects. From Flagstone to Interlock, Armor Stone, or Concrete Product retaining walls, we do it all.
We also do seasonal garden maintenance, hedge trimming, tree cutting, and general excavation.
