Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, making everyone feel welcomed.
- Organize reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times while updating guests with accurate information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, patio and inside tables.
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences to enhance their experience
- Support the team during busy periods by managing waitlists and communicating wait times clearly
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Prior experience in serving or food service environments is preferable, however, we are willing to train
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with positive attitude and teamwork spirit
