Beechwood Village Chiropractic Centre is a lively, Wellness-Based Health Clinic focused on the overall health and healing of our community. We have been engaged and well-established for over 32 years, serving individuals, families, newborns, children, pregnant women, elders and performance athletes. We are serving clients with Chiropractic, Massage, Naturopathy, Osteopathy and Physiotherapy care.
Our clinic is immediately looking to welcome a friendly, energetic Chiropractic Health Clinic Assistant who values a positive, team-oriented work environment. We require an individual who has a passion for the wellness of others, is self-directing and motivated, and is seeking a long-term permanent position.
* We will hire the successful candidate for training in August 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the ease and flow of the practitioner's practices
- Assisting the Doctor with new clients, and client exams
- Coordinating and communicating client wellness plans and health information
- General reception duties, such as answering phone calls and messages, receiving payments, interacting with clients and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Client recalls and wellness follow-ups
- Maintain an organized work space
- Maintain client information and preserve confidentiality
- Manage creative content of clinic’s social media presence
- Outreach/Advocating for New Clients
Qualifications:
- Experience/education in an administrative/customer service position, .
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English&French
- Invested in their own wellness and the wellness of others
- Ability to multitask in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills and efficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Teams
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Personable, compassionate and enjoy serving people towards their wellness goals
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about chiropractic and wellness principles
- Loves engaging with children
Assets:
· Previous experience working in a Chiropractic Clinic or Wellness Centre
. Management/Supervisory experience an asset
· Post-secondary education in administrative and/or health studies
Details: Successful candidate must have flexibility to work morning and/or afternoon shifts ranging from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday; possible weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
