Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, preparing quotes, assisting walk-in and phone customers, and supporting the sales team. You will learn about our products and help customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes for customers.
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Help customers choose the right products.
- Assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Learn about our products and provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the warehouse, service, and purchasing teams.
- Keep customer information and sales records up to date.
- Attend customer visits when required.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Experience preparing quotes is preferred.
- Comfortable learning technical products.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence.
- Willing to travel to customer meetings when needed.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
