We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector while also serving as our part-time Medical Director. If you have cosmetic injection experience and are ready to help shape clinical standards for a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
You'll split your time between hands-on client care (treating clients with neurotoxin, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser therapy, etc.) and part-time Medical Director duties, overseeing clinical protocols and supporting our nursing team.
You'll:
- Perform injectable treatments, microneedling, and laser therapy as per the spa's protocols and standards
- Run client consultations and build personalized treatment plans
- Manage post-treatment follow-up for optimal results
- Keep detailed, accurate patient records
- Travel to clients in Prince Edward County, Brighton, and Kingston as needed
- Serve as part-time Medical Director, and oversee client treatment plans, clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Support and mentor our nursing team, including training new Aesthetic Nurse Injectors
What You Bring
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) with valid licensure
- Experience performing cosmetic injections required
- Experience with microneedling and/or laser therapy a plus
- Comfort with clinical oversight and mentoring other nurses
- Strong client rapport and communication skills
- A drive to keep learning and growing in aesthetic medicine
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
Training & Growth
Three months of hands-on training with our current Medical Director to align on protocols, technique, and Bloomfield Beauty Co.'s standard of care ahead of stepping into the Medical Director role.
Schedule
Approximately 3-4 days per week. Our flagship location in Bloomfield is currently open 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and until 7pm on Wednesdays.
