Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Doors & Windows Production Specialist (CNC) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery to produce high-quality doors and windows, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the production process. Duties
- Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and assemble door and window components with precision and consistency
- Set up and calibrate CNC equipment according to specifications and production requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery to assist in the assembly and finishing of products
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with material handling using forklifts or other heavy equipment to move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse or manufacturing floor
- Support the assembly process by utilizing mechanical knowledge and construction experience to ensure proper fit and function of components
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machine operating experience in a doors and windows manufacturing environment (required).
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques used in manufacturing environments
- Prior warehouse experience or construction background is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality control procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety and productivity

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
