You'll be an integral part of our leadership team, working closely with the owners, Office Manager, and HR & Scheduling Coordinator, where you'll have the trust, flexibility, and opportunity to contribute your ideas, exercise sound clinical judgment, and help continue to shape the future of care at Serving Hands Senior Care.

Your Impact
Clinical Excellence
- Lead comprehensive client assessments and reassessments.
- Develop thoughtful, individualized care plans that reflect each client's goals, preferences, and changing needs.
- Exercise sound clinical judgment while supporting safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
- Lead through service—recognizing that exceptional leadership sometimes means rolling up your sleeves to support a client's first visits, assist during periods of caregiver transition, or step in whenever continuity of care requires it.
Caregiver Success
- Mentor, coach, and support caregivers through encouragement, clinical guidance, and ongoing education.
- Strengthen caregiver confidence, documentation quality, and professional growth.
- Support orientation, required training, and professional compliance.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Help maintain and strengthen the high clinical standards that define Serving Hands Senior Care.
- Review documentation to support meaningful, high-quality client care.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen quality, support best practices, and contribute ideas that help us continue growing.
Exceptional Client Experience
- Welcome new clients and families with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who brings both clinical excellence and leadership potential.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration in Alberta and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college.
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A collaborative leadership style.
- A valid Alberta driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Home care or community care experience is an asset.
- Experience mentoring or supporting caregivers is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $38-40 per hour, based on experience, leadership background, and overall fit.
