Archbold’s Custom Shoppe is looking for an Order Picker/Packer to join our team! We are a family run company that has been in business for over 25 years.
What we offer:
-Part-time temporary position from August 2026-August 2027
-Monday to Friday 11:00am-4:00pm
-Salary $17.60 per hour

Responsibilities will include:
- Pulling and packing product based on daily orders.
- Meeting specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
- Packaging orders securely into boxes for shipment with couriers
- Receiving, stocking, and stacking new products as they arrive.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers
- Flexibility to learn other duties as needed
Additional skills
- Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
- Strong reading skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Energetic, and able to lift boxes weighing up to 40-50 lbs.
- Self-motivated, with a very strong work ethic. Able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Time management and organizational skills
