Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and facility spaces, including kitchen hoods , exhaust
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Conduct facilities maintenance duties such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
- Operate heavy lifting equipment when necessary for moving supplies or furniture
- Maintain a consistent cleaning schedule to meet client expectations and safety standards
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning needs or concerns
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) when required
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Reliable work ethic with attention to detail in all aspects of custodial duties
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and climbing during shifts
Pay: $16.00-$27.87 per hour
