- Maintain Electronic Contract Tracking in relation to new, existing and potential contracts

Ensure Canadian branch compliance by collaborating with local coordinators in a timely manner

Prepare and process electronic and hard copy bonds and/or insurance certificates as needed

May be required to track and research and communicate new tenders to appropriate branch.

Update prequalification information

Coordinate third party claims internally

Validate sales incentive plans

Assist with contract audit requests

Provide detail contract information to branches as required

Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports

Perform other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Post secondary education in contract administrative field would be considered an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships

Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives

Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively on a timely basis

Strong problem-solving skills

Must be proficient in excel and data entry

- Total compensation range $50,000 to $75,000
