Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff
- Oversee merchandising standards, product placement, pricing accuracy, and inventory management
- Handle cash transactions, cashiering duties, and cash handling procedures with precision
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Manage scheduling, time management, and organizational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for sales processing and reporting
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting store promotions and community engagement activities
- Maintain compliance with company policies related to all areas.
- Purchase, maintain inventory

Qualifications
- supervising or team management experience in a retail environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and sales management
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations
- Excellent communication skills coupled with phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment
