We’re expanding and looking for a Full-Time and Part Time Hot Tub Water Care Technicians to join our team!
About the role and your daily tasks:
As a Water Care Technician, you’ll be working in the field, responsible for:
✅ Testing and treating hot tub water, completing standard hot tub maintenance procedures and services such as drain and refills, winterizations and start ups.
✅ Cleaning filters and spas
✅ Conducting water tests
✅ Assisting with hot tub deliveries and learning basic troubleshooting and repairs
✅ Reporting back to the office regularly & may be required to help out in other areas of the company.
This is an independent, hands-on role where you’ll primarily work outdoors. While minimal interaction with homeowners or guests is expected, you may occasionally engage with them when approached.

Requirements:
✔ Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License (clean record required)
✔ Physically fit – ability to carry stock & maintenance equipment
✔ Smartphone with data access – for our company app & scheduling
✔ Ability to pass a criminal background check
Previous experience in hot tub maintenance, water care, or spa servicing is an asset but not required—we’ll provide all the training you need! - Easy and fast to learn including AI tools to help along the way.
