About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our fully remote Canadian team. You will create visual assets, brand materials, marketing graphics, and supporting design work for digital and print applications that support our products, client projects, and internal needs. AI tools are part of the regular daily working process.
This is a mid-level design role. You will work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets including social graphics, presentation decks, marketing collateral, packaging concepts, and brand elements
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials
- Create and edit graphics for web, social media, email, and print
- Support product and prototype visual needs when required
- Prepare files for production and digital use
- Use modern AI tools as a standard part of the design workflow to accelerate concepting, variation creation, and production
- Collaborate with team members to refine designs based on feedback
- Organize and manage design files and asset libraries
Requirements
- Current and valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) or higher Professional-level Dex certification is mandatory. Candidates without a current qualifying Dex certification will not be considered or invited to interview.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across digital and print formats
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and brand consistency
- Comfortable using AI tools as a regular part of the design process
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Must be eligible to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number. This role is 100% remote and open only to candidates who can work legally in Canada. No sponsorship, LMIA, or work permits will be provided.

- Experience with Figma, Canva, or additional design platforms
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics or simple animation
