Carleton Place Ford is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to support our Service Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, driving, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Shuttle Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a positive service experience by safely transporting them to and from their destinations while their vehicles are being serviced.
What You'll Do
Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Provide safe and timely transportation for customers to and from the dealership.
Assist customers with questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Accurately communicate customer feedback and service needs to the appropriate team members.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of shuttle and rental vehicles.
Monitor rental vehicle availability and coordinate vehicle usage as required.
Conduct vehicle inspections and report any damages or maintenance concerns.
Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
Support the Service Department with additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and basic software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
