Position Summary
The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the dealership lot, ensuring all vehicles are clean, organized, and presented to the highest standards. This role supports the Sales and Service departments by moving vehicles, preparing vehicles for delivery, and ensuring the dealership grounds remain clean and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization and appearance of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly parked, fueled, and equipped with required documentation.
- Assist with receiving vehicle shipments and inventory checks.
- Keep dealership lots, parking areas, and customer entrances clean and free of debris.
- Assist the Service Department by transporting customer vehicles as required.
- Install license plates and dealership promotional materials when needed.
- Report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset but not required.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or Saturdays as required.
