With Relax & Renew, we offer:
- All admin handled remotely by our operations team: Bookings, client communication, payments, intake forms, reminders, direct billing for clients, marketing, advertising and more.
- A custom therapist app built specifically for our mobile team: Access essential information such as appointment details, expected pay, applicable travel compensation, estimated travel time and other important appointment updates in one convenient place.
- Flexible, PHIPA-compliant documentation options: Use our pre-formatted digital treatment-note templates, complete notes using your own preferred format, or write your notes separately and securely upload them to the appropriate client record. Our system allows you to incorporate your own documentation preferences while keeping client information securely managed in a PHIPA-compliant environment.
- No full-time or part-time commitment required: Even the occasional opening, one day per week, events, couples, simultaneous treatments or group bookings are welcome.
- Comprehensive marketing, client promotion and retention: We manage all branding, advertising and promotional efforts through social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, printed brochures, community outreach, strategic partnerships, events and other targeted initiatives designed to attract new clients, maintain ongoing engagement and support long-term client retention.
- A supportive and connected team environment: As we grow, we would like to offer optional team dinners, appreciation events, community activities, peer support, professional-development opportunities and team-building experiences that allow our therapists to connect, collaborate and support one another.
- Mobile safety and travel support: Client-screening measures, travel-safety procedures, emergency roadside assistance and check-in and check-out support through Life360.
