We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and charismatic Restaurant Server to join our hospitality team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by guiding patrons through our menu, anticipating their needs, and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Core Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, introduce daily specials, answer menu questions, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them promptly into the POS system.
- Table Maintenance: Pre-bus tables, refill drinks, replace utensils, and clear dishes efficiently without rushing guests.
- Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food hot and drinks cold, ensuring every item meets our presentation and quality standards.
- Financial Handling: Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling tip outs according to restaurant policy.
- Teamwork & Side Work: Complete opening, running, and closing side duties (e.g., polishing glassware, stocking stations, rolling cutlery) to support a smooth shift.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
