Maintenance Technician – Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on plant machinery, including lubrication and greasing, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and schematics.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot production equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance solutions to minimize equipment downtime and improve reliability.
- Install, dismantle, and relocate machinery and production equipment using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform basic fabrication, grounding, and welding to repair, modify, and support production equipment.
- Create, update, and close work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); identify urgent parts requirements and coordinate procurement with the appropriate personnel.
- Repair and replace defective components, including motors, gears, bearings, sensors, and other electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system parts.
- Inspect and test production equipment before operation using visual inspections and auditory assessments to identify abnormalities and prevent equipment failures.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
