Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domestic and international shipping.
- Pack items professionally and recommend appropriate packing solutions.
- Process shipments, returns, mailbox rentals, and other store services.
- Design, prepare, and print business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Operate digital printing and finishing equipment.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
Experience
- Previous experience working at a The UPS Store is REQUIRED.
- Experience using UPS shipping systems and store operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with wide-format printing and finishing equipment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and print production.
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell products and services.
