Sales Manager-Inside Sales (Full-Time / In Office)

Attix Pharmaceuticals is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of five years of experience in inside sales and sales management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive business growth. This role also offers the opportunity for growth to a potential Assistant Sales Director position.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Attix Pharmaceuticals is a service provider for licensed distributors of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, peptides, nutraceuticals, cosmetic ingredients, bio-chemicals as well as specialty & fine chemicals in USA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, mentor and develop a high performing inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition of compounding pharmacies.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and efficiency.
Foster a positive and motivated team environment to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Utilize internal systems to track sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen (Domestic applicants ONLY).
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is a MUST.
Minimum of 5 years experience in inside sales, with at least 5 years in a sales manager role.
Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Outgoing individual with strong and experienced sales acumen
Phenomenal time management, and organizational skills
Ability to identify decision makers and communicate products and services in a timely and professional manner
Ability to manage a lead pipeline and current accounts totalling hundreds of pharmacies in varying time zones.
Ability to properly position Darmerica within the industry and pitch products and services with confidence on a daily basis
Ability to recognize and handle sales objections with politeness and tact while also being able to secure new business
Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

(Bachelors degree from an Accredited university) is mandatory (applicants without a degree will not be considered).

Salary Range: First Year Expectations: $75,000 -$90,000 per year Base Salary, 2% uncapped commission applicable to all recurring orders and based on gross sales paid out quarterly, plus additional performance incentive plans. First year potential annual pay $100,000 - $120,000

Employee Benefit Plan (after 6 months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 Hours)

Location: Downtown Toronto
