Acquisition et mise en application des connaissances et habiletés reliées à l’évaluation et au traitement optimal de problèmes de santé mineurs présentés par un patient auprès du pharmacien, incluant les médicaments de vente libre, les produits de santé naturels et la référence à d’autres professionnels. Les cours de consultations pharmaceutiques sont organisés en fonction des raisons de consultation principales des patients en contexte de première ligne.

Requirements:
Une formation en pharmacie requise (Pharm. D, B.Pharm ou équivalent reconnu). Une formation additionnelle en soins primaires est un atout. Être précepteur en pharmacie ou tuteur en laboratoire clinique en pharmacie un atout. Être un pharmacien en exercice actif et inscrit à un ordre des pharmaciens d'une province canadienne (Ontario, Québec ou autre). Vaste expérience clinique incluant la gestion thérapeutique et le suivi de patients en consultation de première ligne, prescription en pharmacie communautaire.
