Résumé du poste :

Poste permanent à temps plein overnight horaire variable entre 8pm et 6 am (quart de 8h) avec une prime de nuit de 1,75 $ l'heure.

Le marchandiseur est responsable de l'entretien et de l'organisation du magasin : réapprovisionnement des rayons, présentation attrayante des produits et création de présentoirs pour une expérience d'achat optimale. Le marchandiseur interagit également avec les clients et peut être amené(e) à intervenir sur la surface de vente.

Principales responsabilités :

Réapprovisionnement :

Veiller à la propreté, à la présentation et au bon état de la zone d'exposition (présentoirs, outils et testeurs), ainsi que des produits tout au long de la journée.
S'assurer que le magasin est toujours bien approvisionné et attrayant, et que les commandes sont traitées rapidement.
Présenter les produits conformément aux instructions et planogrammes fournis.
Garantir la rotation des produits et l'étiquetage correct des prix.
Participer aux inventaires physiques, si nécessaire.
Capacité à soulever et transporter des bacs lourds jusqu'à 40 lb.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe, au besoin, pour soutenir les opérations et l'équipe d'encadrement.

Service client :

Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et dynamisme pour leur offrir une expérience d'achat de qualité.
Inciter les clients à acheter des produits adaptés à leurs besoins grâce à une approche professionnelle et personnalisée.
Présenter clairement les produits et les promotions du magasin, leurs avantages et les économies possibles.

Qualifications requises (Formation, Expérience et Compétences)

Diplôme d'études secondaires.
Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
Excellent sens du service à la clientèle et attitude axée sur les ventes.
Disponibilité et flexibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variables.
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication en français et en anglais. Compte tenu de la diversité linguistique de la clientèle internationale, la maîtrise de l'anglais est recommandée pour ce poste.

Aer Rianta International Inc. (North America) is a leading operator of duty-free shops at international airports.

Job Summary:

Permanent full-time overnight position with variable hours between 8pm and 6am (8-hour shift) with a night shift premium of $1.75 per hour.

The Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining and organizing the storefront by stocking shelves, appealingly arranging merchandise, and building product displays to create a smooth shopping experience. The merchandiser also interacts with customers and may be called upon to assist with any tasks on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Replenishment:

Ensure that the exposition area (displayer units, tools, and testers) and the products are clean, presentable and in good condition throughout the day.
Ensure the shop is fully stocked and attractive, and that the orders are quickly placed in the stores.
Display products according to the provided instructions and planograms.
Ensure the rotation of all products and that all merchandise is correctly priced and ticketed.
Assist in physical inventory counting, when required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy bins up to 40 lbs.
Perform any other related tasks, when needed, to support the operations and the supervisory staff.

Customer service:

Greet customers with courtesy and dynamism to offer a high-quality shopping experience to our customers.
Inspire the customers to buy products adapted to their needs through a professional and personalized approach.
Clearly present the store’s products and promotions, their benefits, and possible savings.

Required Qualifications (Education, Experience & Skills)

Secondary School Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Great customer service and sales-oriented attitude.
Availability and flexibility to work on varied schedules.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English. Given the linguistic diversity of the international clientele, fluency in English is recommended for this position.
