BOCADO RESTAURANT is currently line cooks for our new location in Collingwood!

BOCADO RESTAURANT is a Spanish inspired restaurant, with a location in Prince Edward County, BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.

We are seeking talented and passionate Chefs to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking. As a Chef, you will work closely with the management team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation, while also maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

daily food preparation activities, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
Participate in cooking, plating, and serving of meals during peak service times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food service operations.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
A passion for the food industry and hospitality is crucial for success in this role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
