Administrative/Optometric Assistant – Join Our Awesome Team!

Our friendly, family-owned Optometry Office is on the lookout for a rockstar Administrative/Optometric Assistant to join us. We're searching for someone who’s a team player, loves to connect with people, and can juggle multiple tasks with a smile. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy making meaningful connections with patients, and want to grow with a supportive team, keep reading!

What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients and customers, making them feel at home the moment they step into our office.
Keep things running smoothly with clerical and reception duties such as: insurance billing, coordinating patient services, answering phones, & booking appointments.
Help keep our office tidy, organized, and inviting so every patient leaves with a smile.
Assist customers with frame selection, sales, and perform pre-testing for our patients.
Help keep our Optometrists’ calendars running like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For:

Your communication and people skills are top-notch.
You’re eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve.
Experience with accounts receivable, managing inventory, & insurance billing required.
