The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Fall 2026 OBHR 413 LEC 01 (Compensation and Performance Management). Classes in the Fall 2026 semester run from September 1 to December 4, 2026. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between December 8 to December 18, 2026, if applicable.
OBHR 413 (Compensation and Performance Management)
LEC 01 Monday / Wednesday 3:30pm - 4:45pm
The calendar description of the course:
"Systematically design compensation systems that improve employee engagement and performance. Topics include job analysis and evaluation, pay systems, and benefits."
Qualifications

Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, DBA or PhD) or work experience in a relevant field is required.

Previous post-secondary teaching experience is preferred.
