Full job description

Join our team as the primary face of the Site Services and Mobile Maintenance Department. This critical role operates on a remote mine site, providing essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Services team.
Serve as the main point of contact for the department, greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Utilize Microsoft Office daily for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain clear communication across the maintenance area.
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (7/7 rotation)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Lunch: Paid
Location: Remote Mine Site (Northern Ontario)
Overtime Policy: Paid after 12 hours per day and 84 hours in a 2-week cycle

Required Qualifications & Certifications

Certifications: Must possess valid NORCAT Training and Levert Modules.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Personal Attributes: Must be punctual, polite, approachable, and highly professional.
Adaptability: Comfortable working away from home in a remote camp environment.
