Full job description

At Hercules Training Academy, we provide industry-leading safety and technical training that helps organizations protect their people, improve compliance, and develop skilled workforces. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our training business by developing new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.

Responsabilities

Prospect and develop new B2B customers, with approximately 70% of your time focused on new business development.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers (approximately 30% of your time).
Identify customer training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and training recommendations.
Follow up on opportunities and support contract renewals.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using HubSpot CRM.
Conduct customer meetings through phone, video conferencing, and in-person visits (approximately 2–3 site visits per week).
Attend selected trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the Hercules lifting equipment sales team by sharing qualified equipment opportunities when appropriate.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record of prospecting and winning new business.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
