The Alpina Restaurant at Villa Eyrie Resort is currently seeking a full-time, year-round Pastry Chef de Partie to join our incredible culinary team. If you are a personable, positive, and reliable individual with a passion for pastry, baking, and creating exceptional desserts, this is the opportunity for you!

What you will need to be a part of our great team….

Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
Food Safe Certificate
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Hold a valid BC driver’s license as there is no public transportation

What you will do….

Learn from and work alongside the best chefs on Vancouver Island
Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality
Fully aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
