Are you a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets data? Do you love building campaigns that generate measurable results while creating exceptional customer experiences?Rally Subaru is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our dealership marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Canada's highest-performing Subaru dealerships and an award-winning team that values innovation, collaboration, community involvement, and continuous improvement.As our Marketing Manager, you'll oversee everything from digital advertising and SEO to social media, events, CRM marketing, website management, analytics, and OEM marketing programs. If you're equally comfortable reviewing Google Analytics reports, planning a major sales event, optimizing website performance, and creating compelling marketing campaigns, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies aligned with dealership, corporate, and Subaru objectives.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Digital Marketing

Lead Google Ads strategy in partnership with digital performance specialists.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Coordinate display, video, remarketing, and paid digital campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets, lead generation, showroom traffic, and cost-per-lead performance.
Utilize Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness.

SEO, GEO & Website Performance

Develop and execute local SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking.
Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Manage Google Business Profiles and local search visibility.
Improve technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, structured data, page speed, and website health.
Collaborate with website partners to continuously improve performance.

Website Management

Manage and maintain Rally Subaru's website.
Create landing pages, promotional pages, blogs, and inventory content.
Coordinate website enhancements and third-party integrations.
Ensure website compliance with OEM standards and legal requirements.
Test website functionality across desktop and mobile platforms.

Analytics & Marketing Technology

Build marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Track conversions, customer journeys, and campaign ROI.
Utilize CRM platforms, CallRevu, Excel, and reporting tools to guide business decisions.
Transform marketing data into actionable business insights.

Content & Social Media

Create engaging website, email, and social media content.
Manage Rally Subaru's social media presence and content calendar.
Coordinate photography, videography, and creative assets.
Support vehicle launches, promotions, and community initiatives while maintaining consistent brand standards.

CRM & Customer Marketing

Develop email and customer communication campaigns.
Build customer segmentation and automated marketing workflows.
Improve customer retention and engagement through DriveCentric CRM.
Ensure compliance with CASL and privacy legislation.

Events & Community

Plan and execute dealership sales events, customer appreciation events, sponsorships, and vehicle launches.
Coordinate vendor participation and promotional materials.
Measure event success and continuously improve results.

OEM Programs & Compliance

Manage Subaru co-op advertising programs and reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer advertising standards.
Maintain required documentation and reporting.
Partner with Subaru representatives on marketing initiatives.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with internal marketing teams, website providers, media partners, and third-party vendors.
Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional marketing initiatives.
Present marketing strategies and performance updates to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of marketing experience, with digital marketing expertise.
Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and SEO strategies.
Strong understanding of website management, content creation, and marketing analytics.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Automotive marketing experience is considered a strong asset.
