Retail Assistant Manager - Victoria

If you:

Have a warm, friendly demeanor and you enjoy relationship-building… and sales!
Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends
Understand the importance of customer satisfaction
Capable of developing relationships with customers and colleagues
Flexible, reliable, and are able to work within retail store hours (including at least one weekend day)
Strong attention to detail, commitment, and communication skills.
A keen eye for beauty and style.
Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Perficient Computer knowledge (preferably POS systems)

What you’ll do:

Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
Team up with Manager to maintain outstanding store condition and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service

Qualifications:

Experience in the fashion industry
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Previous experience: customer service, retail, fashion, communication
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality
Availability to work flexible shifts
