Description d’emploi: Assembleur Électronique ( English will follow)

L’assembleur électronique, sous la responsabilité du superviseur de production, a les responsabilités suivantes :

Effectuer une variété d’opération d’assemblage électronique, électro-optique et mécanique, incluant du câblage, de l’installation de composant, de la soudure et de monter des composants en surface. Accomplir d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.

Compétence :

Compétence de soudure selon IPC-610 classe 2 ou supérieure
Excellente vision
Capable d’utiliser un microscope pour de la soudure de détails et d’avoir une connaissance de la classe IPC 3
Démontrer une bonne dextérité manuelle; être capable d’assembler et manipuler des composants électronique et optique
Bonne capacité de raisonnement, d’analyse et démontre des connaissances de base en mathématiques
Lire, comprendre et suivre les procédures en maintenant la qualité de production
Être capable d’assembler des produits à partir de schémas, de dessins et de spécifications internes
Avoir une bonne compréhension de mesure de sécurité DES (décharge électrostatique)

Qualifications :

Connaissance des standards IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 (un atout)
Connaissance des types de composants électroniques et des processus d'assemblage électronique
Responsable et fiable; doit pouvoir travailler avec peu de supervision
Démontre des compétences d’organisations, de prise de décision et de jugement
Orienté vers le travail d'équipe
Communication verbal et écrite en Français et en Anglais
Se comporte de façon professionnelle et mature dans des situations stressantes

Electronic Assembler

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Electronic Assembler responsibilities include:

Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-optical and mechanical assembly operations including but not limited to, wiring, component installation, hand soldering, surface mount, through-hole and cable harnessing.

Soldering skills per IPC-610 class 3
Possess excellent vision.
Able to use the microscope for fine detail soldering.
Demonstrated very good manual dexterity, able to assemble / handle electronic and optical components
Good ability to reason, analyze and display understanding of basic math skills
Read, understand and follow processes/procedures, maintaining a maximum of quality workmanship
Assemble product from prints, drawings, and internal specifications
Have a good understanding of ESD safety measures
Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Skills and Qualifications

Strong Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 standards (an advantage)
Able to function autonomously
Knowledge of electronic component types and electronic assembly processes
Accountability and Dependability, must be able to work with little supervision
Demonstrated organizational skills, decision making and judgement
Teamwork oriented
Verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
