Customs broker and international freight forwarder, Axxess is a family-owned company that has been serving importers and exporters since 1998.

Interested? We are looking for our next Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our downtown Montreal office.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Answering a high volume of incoming calls, averaging 150 calls per day, with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Providing daily administrative support, including document management, filing, follow-ups, and updating information.
Transferring calls, taking messages, and ensuring clear communication between clients, employees, and various departments.
Contributing to the smooth operation of the reception area by maintaining fast, organized, and customer-focused service.

What we are looking for:

You are bilingual in French and English, in order to communicate with your future colleagues and clients located across Canada and the United States.
You have experience managing a high volume of calls.
You are autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
You have a smile in your voice and are customer-service oriented.
You have worked with a VOP system- asset!
You enjoy working as part of a team and are motivated to take on new challenges.
