We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Planner to support our Maintenance Supervisor in optimizing workforce efficiency and material planning. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders within JD Edwards (E1), and ensuring alignment between maintenance and production schedules.
This position plays a critical role in driving reliability, safety, and operational excellence by ensuring maintenance work is properly planned, resourced, and executed.
- Trade or technologist certification (e.g., Industrial Electrician, Industrial or Heavy Duty Mechanic, Instrumentation Technician).
- Experience with a CMMS (JD Edwards preferred).
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, email).
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
- Maintenance planning/scheduling experience.
- Experience with condition monitoring, testing, or technical certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Planner).
Exposure to power generation, HVAC, or industrial equipment systems.
