So what’s this role all about?

The Receptionist at Princess Auto is responsible for providing general clerical services to Team Members and Guests. Often, it’s our Receptionist that makes the 1st and last impression with our Home Office visitors, playing a critical role in creating an welcoming experience and a positive and friendly atmosphere.

A typical day will be spent answering/transferring calls, greeting visitors at our Home Office, filing, distributing deliveries and sending mail.

Reporting to the Executive Coordinator, additional responsibilities may include collaborating with other departments on projects and tasks, or assisting with the organization and execution of company events and celebrations.

This position is an on-site role, based in our beautiful Home Office, which is located at 475 Panet Road, in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (weekends & holidays off).

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing environment is considered an asset.
Confidence interacting with a variety of people while maintaining a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs throughout the day.
Comfortable using computers and technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Exceptional verbal communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a fast-paced guest-facing environment is considered an asset.
