Job Summary:
The Condominium Market Research Analyst will plan, conduct, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative research relating to the condominium and property management market.
The position will analyze market conditions, client and resident needs, competitor activities, service demand, satisfaction and retention trends, and emerging developments in the condominium management industry. The analyst will translate research findings into practical recommendations to support business development, operational planning, client service, marketing, and long-term company strategy.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive market research framework to support the company’s business and operational strategies.
· Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, questionnaires, market comparisons, and analysis of internal and external data.
· Research condominium and property management market conditions, industry developments, service demand, demographic trends, and emerging client expectations.
· Collect and analyze information relating to current and prospective condominium corporations, condominium boards, residents, developers, property owners, and other client groups.
· Conduct comparative research on competitors, service offerings, market positioning, pricing trends, and business development opportunities.
· Segment and profile current and prospective clients based on their characteristics, service needs, decision-making behaviour, and expectations.
· Evaluate client satisfaction, retention, engagement, and service experience, and establish appropriate performance indicators and baseline metrics.
· Develop dashboards, reports, presentations, charts, and data visualizations to communicate research findings to management and internal departments.
· Identify market trends, service gaps, risks, and potential opportunities for new or improved property management services.
· Translate research results into practical recommendations for business development, operations, customer service, marketing, and strategic planning.
· Provide data-driven input regarding marketing strategies, communication methods, brand positioning, and client engagement initiatives.
· Collaborate with management and internal departments to integrate research findings into business planning, service development, and daily operations.
· Maintain accurate research records and protect the confidentiality and integrity of client, resident, employee, and company information.
· Perform other related market research and analytical duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, business administration, economics, or a closely related field.
· Minimum three years of professional experience in market research, marketing analysis, consumer insights, or a related field.
· Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, including surveys and questionnaires.
· Experience analyzing client or consumer preferences, competitors, market conditions, and emerging trends.
· Ability to prepare clear research reports and translate findings into practical business and marketing recommendations.
· Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting research in the condominium, property management, housing, real estate, or another client-focused industry is considered an asset.
