Full job description

We operate a portfolio of innovative companies spanning healthcare technology, gaming, real estate technology, marketing services, and digital products. Rather than building large marketing teams, we believe AI, automation, and smart systems can allow a small team to achieve the output of a much larger organization.

We're looking for an exceptional person who loves building marketing machines—not just running marketing campaigns.

If your first instinct is "I'll automate that," you'll probably love this role.

The Role

As our Head of Growth & AI Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for building and managing the marketing engine across multiple companies.

Your job is not to personally create every social media post, advertisement, or blog article.

Your job is to design systems that produce consistent marketing output using AI, automation, contractors, and data.

You'll work directly with the CEO to develop growth strategies and then build repeatable processes that execute those strategies with minimal manual effort.

What You'll OwnAI Marketing Systems

Design AI-powered marketing workflows
Build and manage AI agents for different marketing functions
Develop prompt libraries and reusable AI workflows
Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies
Improve productivity through automation

Marketing Operations

Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple businesses
Build quarterly and monthly marketing plans
Ensure campaigns launch on schedule
Manage marketing calendars
Track deliverables and priorities

Digital Marketing

SEO strategy and execution
Google Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads
Email marketing
Marketing automation
Content strategy
Website optimization
Landing pages
Lead generation
Conversion rate optimization

Analytics & Reporting

Build executive dashboards that answer:

Where are leads coming from?
What is our customer acquisition cost?
What campaigns are producing revenue?
What should we stop doing?
What should we invest more in?

Present weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations.

Automation

Design systems that automatically:

Generate reports
Publish content
Schedule campaigns
Update CRM records
Trigger email sequences
Assign tasks
Monitor marketing performance
Notify the team when KPIs fall outside target ranges

Vendor & Contractor Management

Since we won't have a large internal marketing department, you'll coordinate external resources, including:

Designers
Copywriters
Video editors
SEO specialists
PPC specialists
Developers
Freelancers
Agencies

You'll ensure everyone is working toward the same goals while maintaining consistent quality and timelines.

Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

Build a scalable AI-powered marketing operating system.
Reduce repetitive manual marketing work through automation.
Create executive dashboards with real-time performance metrics.
Increase qualified leads across our businesses.
Build repeatable marketing playbooks that can be reused across brands.
Establish standard operating procedures for every major marketing process.
Implement AI agents that meaningfully increase productivity.
Enable the CEO to focus on strategy while marketing execution runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who enjoys solving complex problems with systems.

You don't ask, "How can I do this faster?"

You ask, "How can this happen automatically?"

You have experience with:

AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar)
Workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
SEO
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Email marketing platforms
Marketing attribution
Conversion optimization
Project management tools
Dashboard creation and reporting

Experience managing multiple brands is a significant asset.
