Full job description

United Motorz Inc is seeking a motivated and Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our team. We offer a friendly and professional work environment, comprehensive benefits package, competitive compenstation.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on various makes and models of vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and alignments.
Execute complex repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, electrical system diagnostics, and suspension work.
Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including parts used and hours worked on each vehicle.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, industry trends, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, discussing options, and addressing customer concerns.
Assist in maintaining an organized and well-stocked inventory of automotive parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an apprentice automotive technician level 2 or higher
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems for vehicle diagnostics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
