Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Guest Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory for motivated applicants. The Guest Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting overall operations.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Support the front desk team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest services and hospitality

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience working at a front desk or in hospitality settings preferred
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
Knowledge of guest services and hospitality best practices
Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the hotel brand

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
