Job Description

The sought candidate will lead the Web team in executing daily tasks while working closely with the assistant director, the art director, our back-end programmers, as well as our front-end developers, web designers, and the management team. Analytical and proactive, they will also be involved in strategic and technical decisions by bringing various solutions to the challenges faced. The targeted projects range from the production of corporate websites to e-commerce platforms and custom web applications.

Profile

Minimum of 2 years of experience in web project management
Mastery of the stages of web project development
Excellent organizational skills allowing for the effective and simultaneous management of multiple files, and the ability to manage schedules and priorities well
Strong planning and time management skills
Team-oriented with the ability to share knowledge
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer and results orientation
Sense of initiative, open-mindedness, resourcefulness, and autonomy
Discipline, rigor, and attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Passionate about the web and naturally curious
Comfortable in a multitasking environment where everything evolves quickly
Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written)

Tasks

Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a trust-based relationship with clients.
Identify business development opportunities.
Ensure an impeccable customer experience and maintain the agency's good reputation.
Understand the business challenges and objectives of clients.
Advise the client and analyze their needs.
Be proactive in seeking solutions.
Contribute to defining the digital strategy for projects.
Establish priorities and manage client expectations.
Manage and develop various digital projects simultaneously.
Provide the necessary vision for the success of projects and clients.
Coordinate team members (strategy, technological development, etc.).
Draft and present proposals, timelines, budgets, and final reports.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of CMS WordPress and Shopify
Understanding of web and programming constraints
Knowledge of the project management tool Asana (an asset)
Knowledge of the time management tool Harvest (an asset)
