Full job description

Buon Gusto is a scratch-kitchen Italian restaurant in Guelph where family-inspired recipes meet a team that genuinely looks out for one another. We believe the way we do anything is the way we do everything, and that the best kitchens run on trust, honesty, and people who show up ready to work.
We're hiring across all kitchen stations and looking for cooks who care about the craft, want to keep getting better, and understand that every detail matters.

Responsibilities:

Set up your station fully stocked and ready so service runs clean from start to finish
Prepare all menu items to Buon Gusto's recipes and specs with consistency and a sense of urgency
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation, both personally and in your work area
Handle and store all ingredients properly to minimize waste and protect quality
Break down the line after each service period so the next crew is set up for success
Communicate openly with your team, flagging problems early and bringing ideas to improve how the kitchen runs
Support your teammates wherever needed, even when it falls outside your station
