Full job description

GFR Pharma is a privately held manufacturer of natural health products. As a proud Canadian company located in Coquitlam B.C., we are committed to manufacturing high-quality products for our customers. We are seeking to hire a "Cleaner" to join our Sanitation team.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning and sanitation duties in common production areas.
Sweep and wash floors by mopping and operation of a floor cleaning machine.
Remove garbage and recycle materials.
Identify and report building and equipment repairs.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Other duties as required.

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 2pm to 10:30pm

Hourly Rate:

$18.82 per hour plus .50 per hour afternoon shift premium.

Required Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor.
Ability to work safely, and maintain a clean work area within a manufacturing environment.
Good command of English; both written and verbal.
Positive attitude.
Ability to lift up to 10 kg.
