Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Skilled Labourers to support civil construction projects. The ideal candidates will have experience in site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. This role is essential in ensuring smooth construction operations and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and trenching.

Load, unload, and transport construction materials.

Operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, saws, and compactors.

Assist with concrete pouring, formwork, and finishing.

Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.

Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Support tradespeople such as carpenters, equipment operators, and pipefitters.

Adhere to project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction or related field.

Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials.

Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating small machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, or compactors.

Certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, or relevant safety training.

Experience working with concrete, sewer, storm, water utilities
