Reporting to the Director Internal Communications and Employee Experience, you will consolidate with your colleagues a team recognized for the relevance and excellence of its work, in a context that values initiative and co-creation. We are a close-knit team, always ready for action.
YOUR MISSION
The field of internal communications holds no secrets for you. You've worked with a multitude of internal partners, ensuring that their projects and mandates shine through. You master the subtleties of the advisory role and enjoy passing on your communications know-how to encourage the adoption of best practices. In concrete terms, you have a particular talent for identifying your customers' needs, proposing appropriate and effective communication strategies, and executing them in an exemplary way. You have a strong political sense and quickly develop trustful relationships with your clients, regardless of their hierarchical position. You are recognized for your proactivity, autonomy, and excellent team spirit. You enjoy taking the reins of large-scale events and spare no effort to make them happen. Juggling projects efficiently is no obstacle for you. You master the art of prioritization and thrive in fast-paced work environments. You're eager to immerse yourself in an extraordinary organizational universe, alongside a community of people as passionate as they are eclectic.
Your responsibilities will include :-
Design and deploy communication strategies to support the company's business objectives.

Play an advisory role for executives in their communications to employees.

Act as a team expert on various internal communications issues.

Design and produce a variety of internal communications content, from internal memos to video clips, newsletter articles, Workplace publications and Canva visuals.

Pilot ad hoc projects relating to internal communications and employee experience.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our communication channels.

Design and organize large-scale employee events from A to Z.
YOUR UNIQUE PROFILE-
7-8 years' relevant experience

Solid experience in an advisory role and proven experience in advising executives

Strategic and synthetic thinking

Autonomy of thought and action

Constant focus on deliverables, always in solution mode

High tolerance to ambiguity and an ability to pivot when necessary

A constant quest for excellence and a strong desire to contribute

Perfect bilingualism, both written and spoken
