If you are looking to work between 30 and 35 hours per week then we have the opportunity that will fulfill your expectations!

We are currently offering a 3-month internship as a Front-End Web Developer that can be credited to students who are currently enrolled in a recognized Computer Science program. We are looking for a web developer who will work in close collaboration with the supervisor of the team of web developers to accomplish the entirety of web development activities.

With the possibility of permanency, this is a great entry level opportunity providing intensive training and multiple hands-on learning opportunities!

Are you the ideal candidate? We are seeking an individual who…

Must be currently enrolled in a DEC, AEC, Certificate, Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related program OR be eligible to partake in an internship program approved by the Ministry of Education
Can create attractive and seamless designs that enhance the user experience
Has a strong passion for technology and an interest in learning new things
Has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Has great time management, professionalism and work ethic
Is punctual and demonstrates attention to detail
Is able to communicate in English and in French (Bilingual)

Have you got the technical skills? We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of the following:

Required:
- ReactJS 18
- JavaScript (ES2015 / ES6+)
- HTML / HTML5
- CSS / CSS3
- Bootstrap 5 / Responsive web design
Assets:
- Accessibility (basic WCAG)
- Redux / Redux toolkit
- AngularJS 1
- SCSS/SASS
- Webpack/Rollup, Docker

Here’s what you’d be doing on a weekly basis:

Creating and developing new features on the front-end
Maintaining current features
Assisting in the code reviewing process
Improving the overall look of the websites
Collaborating with other team members
Identifying problems / risks and finding solutions
