Sommaire du poste :

Relevant du chef d’équipe de la cellule de production, le titulaire du poste effectue l’assemblage manuelle des composantes mécaniques et électroniques. Il/Elle utilise des schémas, des listes et instructions de travail pour assembler (souder) les unités.

Tâches et responsabilités :

· Effectuer un large éventail d’opérations d’assemblage électronique et de soudure sur des composants et/ou sous assemblages;

· Interpréter un dessin d’assemblage;

· Suivre les instructions de travail des tâches à accomplir pour assembler le produit final.

· Installer, réparer des composants électroniques.

· Effectuer des tâches intermédiaires d’assemblage telles que ponçage, nettoyage, collage avec époxy ou durcisseurs.

· Entretenir et garder son espace de travail propre, sécuritaire et sain.

· Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité – obligation de porter les équipements de sécurité requis et d’utiliser les équipements de protection installés sur les outillages.

· Respecter les normes de qualité établies.

· Connaître les méthodes de travail et suivre les procédures de travail établies.

· Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexe.

Exigences, connaissances et habiletés requises :

· Capable de lire, comprendre et suivre des instructions de travail, des dessins techniques, des notes d’assemblage et des listes de pièces.

· Rapidité et précision dans l’exécution du travail avec une orientation qualité et une bonne dextérité manuelle.

· Bonne attention visuelle.

· Bilinguisme français et anglais un atout

· IPC610 certifié ou autre (un atout)

Job summary:

Reporting to the team leader of the production cell, the incumbent performs the manual assembly/ soldering of mechanical and electronic components. He / She uses diagrams, lists and work instructions to assemble the units.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Perform a wide range of electronic assembly operations and soldering on components and / or sub-assemblies;

· Interpret an assembly drawing;

· Follow the work instructions of the tasks to be performed to assemble the final product.

· Install, repair electronic components.

· Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as sanding, cleaning, gluing with epoxy or hardeners.

· Maintain and keep your workspace clean, safe and healthy.

· Respect health and safety rules - obligation to wear the required safety equipment and to use the protective equipment installed on the tools.

· Respect established quality standards.

· Know the work methods and follow the established work procedures.

· Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements, knowledge and skills required:

Able to read, understand and follow work instructions, technical drawings, assembly notes and parts lists.
Speed and precision in the execution of the work with a quality orientation and good manual dexterity.
Good visual attention.
Bilingual French and English an asset
Certified IPC610 or other (an asset)
