Euclid Telehealth is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing company. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operational and administrative functions of our business, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes, guide, assist and support the Operations Support Team, and ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.

Operations Manager - Tasks and responsibilities
Your responsibilities as Operations Manager will include, inter alia:
· Oversee the daily operations of the Euclid Clinic and Physician clinics, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and healthcare providers.
· Identify, escalate, and resolve operational challenges, ensuring efficient clinic workflows and high-quality patient support.
· Develop and refine operational processes to balance the needs of patients, providers, and business objectives.
· Leverage data-driven insights and Euclid’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to include follow ups, identifying low clinic performers, and assess team efficiency and patient experience outcome.
· Support clinic expansion initiatives, including new location setup and process standardization.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance assessments and service delivery.
· Lead Patient Support Team, Vision Care Technicians and Clinic Support Team to drive performance and enhance patient interactions.
· Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes to ensure a strong and effective Operations Support Team.
· Monitor and manage digital health tools and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to proactively identify and address user experience challenges.
· Address all incoming technical issues of computer and ophthalmology equipment with current external Partners.
· Prepare and submit Lease Agreements for ophthalmology equipment purchases with external Lease Companys, follow through on its completion and delivery as approved by the Company.
· Responsible for the submission of the monthly Rent per clinic, Invoices and other financial submissions to the Accounting Department.
· Represent and promote the company at community functions and required meetings.
· Other duties as assigned.
Your demonstrated skills:
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven experience in developing and implementing operational processes.
· Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
· Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently as needed.
· Professional attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
What your background is:
· 4-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
· Experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or a clinical setting is an asset but not required.
· Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
· Hands-on experience managing operational teams and improving workflows.
· Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
· Valid driver’s license required.
· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly to use hands and fingers, handle documents, and talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms as is required to stand and walk. The employee is also required to drive an automobile and travel to clinics, when requested by the Director of Operations or his/her delegate. A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
